Good morning all-
Ok, going out on a limb here, but I am curious as to whether any fellow caregivians have been able to fit a nice healthy shift into your daily routines and if so, how you did it? Fingers are crossed for some positive feedback and insight that will help others.

If it's possible think about pet, dogs are my favorite (actually horses but, don't tell them that) I need healthy "shifts" in my day in a regular doses and my momma loves them all. We spend the majority of time in my room with a child's gate and mom enjoys them too when we are coming and going in and out thru the day.
Maybe not the answer your actually looking for but, around here we take it one day at a time. Good Luck
