Find Care & Housing
My Mom wore cotton bras. Skin to skin usually brought the rash out. I would say washing them out would be a good thing. In a very mild soap and rinse them well. Air dry. Sugar feeds yeast infections so cut down on her sugar intake.

Its easier to prevent yeast infections than to cure them. Keep the area dry. Continue to use the powder suggested. No skin on skin.

Use monistat cream under the breasts. Best thing for yeast. I don't know about powder puffs, but any very comfortable piece of flannel under there will help, and yes, frequent changes and washing.
