No, that isn’t really something you can sue for. Plus, lawsuits are very expensive… like do you have $2500 to $5000 to give the lawyer a retainer right at the start?

If you become adversarial with your Aunt she will definitely never let you see your Mom. You may want to consider seeking a family mediator through the court to enable a discussion between the 2 of you to come to a visitation agreement.

But there are 2 sides to every story. What reason would your Aunt give as to why she is not allowing you to visit?

You can sue anyone for anything if you can find a lawyer to take the case, but most likey you wouldn't find a lawyer, without a lot of money behind you, and a lot of money waisted and in the pockets of a lawyer.

Best to let this go. I'm so sorry for your loss, and all you went through
